This month, we are featuring the works of
DAVID DRAKE
David Drake was born on September 24, 1945, in Dubuque,
Iowa. He graduated from University of Iowa with a degree in History.
He started at Duke University Law School, interrupted in 1969 when he was drafted
into the Army and served in Southeast Asia (VietNam). He returned to Duke after his
military service and completed his law degree.
He has authored many books in science-fiction but is most famous for his military
science fiction. David Drake currently lives in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
